❤ SIZE
• Tailoring is available from sizes 2 US to 24 US. Please strictly follow our size chart to choose the appropriate size. Do not select directly according to your habits. Please note that we only use basic sizes. If your size is above 14, please contact me and I will calculate the cost of the dress for you as making a plus size product costs more since it requires more time and materials.
• We will do our best to tailor the perfect dress for you, but due to the nature of online ordering, please be prepared for some local adjustments when you receive your dress. You can always adjust your ordered online dress with a local wedding tailor, which is a standard practice in the online wedding industry to ensure a perfect fit.
• If you are between sizes, please choose the larger size to allow for adjustments by a local tailor.
• Our skirts' front has a standard length depending on a model.
• Please ensure to measure yourself carefully and refer to the size chart on the dress page to choose the appropriate size.
• If you encounter any issues with size selection, feel free to contact us.
❤ PRODUCTION
• The current processing time is 8-10 weeks (depending on quantity and difficulty of particular items, the processing time can be enlarged). We are open to all your ideas to find the best solution!
❤ SHIPPING
• The regular shipping time frame is 2-14 days, depending on the shipping location.
• The wedding dress will be ironed and placed in a special clothes bag and packed in a cardboard box.
• Please note that once the dress is dispatched, we are not responsible for any delivery delays due to the courier service or customs hold-ups.
❤ CANCELLATION
• If you order a dress from us, you should understand that we will not be able to resell such a dress to someone else. This dress is made exclusively for you from scratch. All dresses are handmade upon receiving the order, so everything is considered MADE TO ORDER and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• We start working on your order as soon as you place it, ordering fabric and accessories to be used for production. For this reason, we don't accept cancellations and ask you to be attentive before placing an order. And again, please reach out to Hanna if you have any questions or concerns!
